Project Quantity Surveyor - London - N

If you are an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking to take your career in construction to the next step then this the role for you!

The opportunity has arisen for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join a highly respected main contractor based in North London. With their head office based in London, they specialise in offering bespoke solutions for procuring and delivering fit out and construction projects throughout a variety of sectors including Commercial, Residential, Education, Arts & Leisure,

Their projects range from improving specific areas of one floor to large scale fit outs of entire buildings on the fit-out side, on the construction side projects range from a refurbishment to new build on Commercial, Leisure and Residential projects. Reporting to the experienced Commercial Manager, initially the role will see you working on a 65 week project, a new build children’s hospice in Barnet.

With excellent possibilities for career progression, this opportunity will enable you to enhance and develop your skill set in addition to expanding your industry knowledge and experience.

Required:

• 10+ years’ relevant experience
• Main contractor background
• Ideally degree qualified or equivalent
