Project Quantity Surveyor (Rail)

Rate:  to £375 per day Ltd

Based:  SE London (SE16)

About The Role:

Established London rail and civils contractor requires a Quantity Surveyor to oversee a £10m per annum rail framework.  The framework has in the region of 2 years to run, with the likelihood of an extension and further awards with the client.  The role will report into the Lead Commercial Manager, but the Quantity Surveyor will in effect take full commercial control of the project.

Experience Required:

• A good understanding and background in NEC
• Excellent client interfacing skills
• Strong commercial acumen and contract administration skills
• Thorough and process like in how you operate as a Quantity Surveyor
• Be able to work well within a team
• Previous experience of working with clients like TFL, Network Rail or DLR would be beneficial
