Project Quantity Surveyor - Kent

A known JV in the South-East of England are on the lookout for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to work solely on their recently awarded, continuing utility contract for a well-known client. The JV is between two well respected utility contractors that operate in the London area as well as the South East Areas of Hampshire and Kent.

They have found themselves with a need for a Project Quantity Surveyor who would work solely on a key aspect of their recent contract awards. The Surveyor would be expected to work closely with a recently acquired Project Manager who will also be solely dedicated to this project. To the sum of £6 Million, the works are for all civil duties on a reservoir.

The ideal Surveyor:

• NEC3 Contract Experience
• At least 5 years’ experience in the Water Sector
• Degree Qualified
• Ability to work with Autonomy
• Commercially Astute
