Project Quantity Surveyor (Groundworks, Civils and Remediation) - London - E

Leading contractor within the field of ground engineering seeks a dynamic Quantity Surveyor for their project portfolio in London!

Having built a reputation as one of the market leaders within the ground engineering and remediation sector, they have been involved in some of the most iconic and prestigious projects in the UK.  Their portfolio ranges from major construction schemes through to complex civil engineering projects that will include Crossrail and Thames Tideway.

They have a role for a Project Quantity Surveyor in London with the option to oversee 1 of 2 positions. 

• East London - The first is a major package of work, complex engineering with a number of challenges.  The size will be in the region of £10m and the scheme is on a new rail development
• Central London – The second will involve you managing a portfolio of 3-4 different contracts at different stages that will range in value up to £3m.  projects will be construction and civils related

The positions will be site based, reporting into a Senior Commercial Manager from head office.  As Project Quantity Surveyor you will manage all commercial elements of the project and work closely with the Project Management team to ensure the works are delivered within the financial targets set.
