Project Quantity Surveyor (Civils Rail) - Derbyshire

Excellent contractor seeks an excellent Project Quantity Surveyor!

A highly respected rail and civils contractor is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team.  They have recently secured 4 new projects ranging in value from £1m – 4m that mainly focus on station platform access.  Dependant on the project, you may be based on the higher value job or alternatively oversee 2 of the smaller projects.

The position will suit a Project Quantity Surveyor with the following experience:

- Rail experience as a Quantity Surveyor

- NEC background

- Has overseen their own projects with similar values

- Commercially astute

- Hands on approach, and understands the importance of meeting deadlines

- Structured career history, this is a long term role

- Ability to work independently
