Project Quantity Surveyor (Civils / Enabling Works) - Berkshire

Do you have experience in managing £5m + projects?

Do you have an excellent understanding of the NEC contract?

Do you feel one of your strengths is good client interaction?

An important role for a Quantity Surveyor to oversee an enabling works package, which is part of a major infrastructure and building project. 

The suitable Quantity Surveyor will need to be able to work independently and take full commercial responsibility of the project, working alongside a Project Manager. 

Experience in running NEC projects is critical, along with good client interfacing skills.
