As part of a global business with £billions of assets in the UK they have an exciting  diverse portfolio of project at typical value of £5 million plus.

Reporting to a Program Manager the Project Manager will work with the Investment Team delivering project circa £5 million in value. Typical duties will include resource forecasts, monitoring project delivery and cost against program and budget and providing regular reports in addition to ensuring construction compliance with standards.

The Ideal Project Manager will ideally have a degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering with recent experience of Project Management. An in depth knowledge of the construction process and awareness  of all relevant Health & Safety legislation, NEC conditions of contract and good planning and collaboration techniques are essential.
