Leading Design & Build contractor are seeking a Project Managing to lead a 23 storey residential apartment block located in London. The fit out will be to the amenity, communal, resident lounge and social areas, concierge, reception, and postal areas. The position will require you to produce or approve all project safety documentation and systems of work, such as construction health & safety plans, method statements and risk assessments. This role will also see you monitor, identify and promptly conclude any snagging works or post contractual completion.
