There is a need to recruit a Project Manager to lead this £70 million residential development and take it from start through to completion. You will be responsible for management of all site activities, providing leadership, direction and guidance and ensuring the smooth running of the project.

The ideal Project Manager will have:

- A minimum of 8 years proven Senior Management experience

- Experience of residential developments £30 million plus
