Project Manager - Major Residential - Surrey

Due to these awards they are currently seeking a Project Manager who can deliver a multi-million pound residential development, consisting of private and affordable housing. A proven track record of working with key main contractors or developers will be essential along with a solid history of leading projects on time and within budget. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a company that excels in their field.

Essential criteria:

•          Minimum 8 years proven Project Management experience

•          Project Delivery of either residential or commercial projects £10 million plus
