This organisation typically undertakes projects valued at £6m are financially secure organisation working with prestigious Tier One property developers such as Bellway Homes, Countryside, New Living Construction, Hill Partnerships and Redrow Homes.

They have been providing groundwork and reinforced concrete frame solutions for over 30 years and pride themselves on the collaborative work practices they adopt with their clients which has resulted in long-term relationships and lucrative repeat business.

The Role:

• The organisation provide multiple construction solutions,for this particular opportunity, they need a Project Manager to oversee a residential groundworks scheme valued at £5 million in Harlow.

• Delivering the project with responsibility for budget, procurement, health & safety and environmental compliance.

• Liaising closely with clients.

• Amending contracts accordingly.

To be considered for the role:

• The Project Manager must be able to produce and implement RAMS.

• Create and maintain temporary works registers.

• Experienced in Groundworks residential packages.

• A background in engineering, or a degree/qualification will be beneficial.
