Project Manager- Fire remedial work - London - S

I am currently looking for a Project Manager for a permanent position paying £44,000 working for a Housing Association based in South East London this organisation are a great organisation to work for and they look after their staff very well.

The role involves project managing the planned fire prevention programs works, this includes:

• Project Managing fire prevention works from start to finishing ensuring that time frames and costs are kept to
• Managing of contractors works ensuring quality is kept to at all times and that works meet fire regulations
• Procurement of works ensuing that the best contractors are used at all times

Managing on site works which include:

• Project management t of installation and renewal of fire doors, sprinkler systems and fire alarm upgrades

The ideal candidate must have:

• Fire construction or maintenance related experience
• Access to a vehicle
• Minimum of 2 years project management experience
• Experience of working within Social Housing
