A key player in the groundworks and RC frame sector have an opportunity for a Project Manager from an Engineering background. They are looking to recruit for a mixed-use development they have in the heart of the City of London.

The Company:

• Friendly company with a low staff turnover
• Work in London and Ireland
• Operate within groundworks, RC frames and structures on projects valued between £1-15m

The Role will require:

• Use of your Engineering abilities to oversee Engineers on site
• Ensure all site documentation is complete to deadline
• Oversee a £7m project in Central London

The Ideal Individual:

• 5+ years’ experience on groundworks and RC frame projects
• Previous Engineering experience on sites in these sectors
• Structured career history working for specialist subcontractors
