The successful Project Manager will lead the complex projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This is a role that demands a strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for driving projects to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of project management from inception to completion
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the RC Frame and Groundworks sector
• Strong understanding of construction processes and project management methodologies
• Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
