Project Manager – Major Road Scheme

Location: Surrey (GU21 6XR)
Salary: Up to £75,000 + Package

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of a high-profile £25 million road scheme in Surrey. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an industry leading, main contractor with a strong pipeline of infrastructure works across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full project lifecycle management, from pre-construction through to handover
• Coordination of site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Programme management, cost control, and reporting
• Stakeholder liaison including local authorities, clients, and consultants
• Ensuring health, safety, and environmental standards are met and exceeded

About You:

• Proven experience delivering major civil engineering or highways projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage and motivate site teams effectively
• Relevant degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering (NEC) or Construction Management
