This market leading contractor is searching for a Project Manager to lead a multi-million pound student accommodation project, based in Birmingham. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to work on a major project and make your mark in the industry.

The ideal Project Manager should have extensive experience in the construction industry, especially in student accommodation or residential projects. You will have the ability to manage complex projects and lead a team to success. You will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Being able to anticipate and react to changing situations is essential, as is the ability to think strategically.

You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the project. You will monitor progress, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure the completion of the project on time and within budget. You must have a high level of knowledge in building regulations and health and safety.
