£50,000 + Package + Annual Bonus

Would you like to ensure the safe and effective delivery of Projects; from involvement during initial pre-contract award, through budgeting, planning and procurement stage to construction-phase delivery, finally collating project Handover file and supporting the closing of Final Account.

Skills & Knowledge:

• A degree in civil engineering or equivalent in a relevant construction discipline
• Professional Health and Safety Qualification (CSCS Black card & SMSTS Minimum)
• Experience of operational management of projects gained from a TIER 2 specialist contracting environment
• Experienced with Project Planning software

Multi-disciplinary knowledge gained from some (or all) of the following:

• Jacking & Propping
• PT Civils (PTSI – executing and report writing /grouting)
• Carbon Fibre Reinforcement
• Expansion Joints
• Bearing Replacement
• Bearing Replacement
• Structural Repairs & Strengthening
• Structural Inspections / Surveys
• Cathodic Protection Installation
