Salary +Package:  up to £220 daily rate +vehicle.

Due to recent success in tendering for a portfolio of RC Frames and Groundworks projects across the outer rim of London and North London, one of the up and coming RC Frames and Groundworks contractors In the UK is recruiting for an experienced Project Manager with a setting out engineering background to manage a variety of projects in North London.

As a Project Manager, your duties will be to:

• Managing  aspects  of  a  variety  of  projects  including  budget,  procurement,  health,  safety  and  environmental  issues
• Liaising closely with clients and contractors
• Amending contracts accordingly

Required criteria:

• Setting out engineering experience and background working on either commercial or residential sites
• 2 – 3 years’ experience as  a Project Manager
• Beneficial  to have worked on either/both  RC Frames and Groundworks sites
• Beneficial to have an engineering degree
