The Company:
A family-run, highly-accredited specialist contractor with an ambition to become the ‘first choice contractor’ in their chosen market sector. As a company they deliver specialist demolition, asbestos removal, earthworks, remediation, infrastructure and basement construction with their core area of operation being Central London. Their turnover has increased year-on-year and has exceeded £150m in recent times. They take pride in the fact that they have been awarded several awards for their level of service, ethos and expertise. 2019 is due to be a very busy year for them with several large, complex schemes due to commence on site in Q1.
The Role:
They are looking to recruit a Project Manager with experience in demolition and/or basements due to recent tendering success of projects to start in the upcoming weeks. These projects are ranging between £5-25m in value. The successful Project Manager will be the driving force of the project reporting directly to the Operations Manager and will be responsible for attending progress meetings and the full running of the scheme. There will be an assigned site team working alongside the successful Project Manager.
