Project Manager - Surrey

This contractor have opened up a new office in the South of England, and have a number of residential, education and health care developments underway in the surrounding area, opening up a golden opportunity for a Project Manager to join their team.

The current £7m residential project the chosen Project Manager will be overseeing is recently underway, giving you the opportunity to make an impact immediately, playing a pivotal role in ensuring the project is completed within the budget and time frame set.

As the Project Manager you will be in charge of the site while mentoring the Site Manager and 3 junior staff members, allowing you to showcase your leadership and communication skills, with the reward of more senior positions in the future.

Your direct point of contact will be the Contracts Manager, but a large proportion of the responsibility is all yours! The ideal Project Manager must have worked on residential projects from start to finish on several occasions, and have a minimum of 8 years’ experience at this level. It is also essential you have a hard working and dedicated attitude to match the culture and expectations of my client.

Required:

• Minimum 8 years’ experience
• Overseen several residential projects from start to finish
