The ideal Project Manager will have experience in fire remedial works, to join the Fire Management team in delivering of remedial works to improve fire safety. Identifying potential improvements and working closely with the Surveying Manager, you will provide technical coordination and delivery of the works including risk assessments.

Excellent communication and customer services skills are essential for this role. As Project Manager you will be delivering the project safely, on time, within budget and to the highest standard.

Successful Project Manager will have:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Project Manager

• Management and supervision of fire safety upgrade works

• Driving licence

Salary is up to £44,000 with a travel allowance and an opportunity to progress you career. Also there is an annual bonus scheme and private healthcare.
