Project Manager - London - (Greater)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to join a fire team working within the public sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an exciting and progressive company who have sites all across London, and where mobile working is encouraged.

As Project Manager you will:

Manage stock investment projects £2m and £8m per annum 

Manage fire safety improvement works such as fire alarm and sprinkler systems in varied size blocks

Handle contractors, ensuring budgets are kept to and ensuring complaints are kept to a minimum  

Project manage the renewal of remedial fire works

Essential criteria:

You will have experience working within a public sector organisation, preferably with over 5 years’ current experience within this area

To have worked as a Project Manager or Building Surveyor

Have an extensive knowledge of fire risk

A full, valid driving license and own transport is essential for this role
