Project Manager (Water) - London - N

If you are looking for a long-term role which could potentially see out 7 years, look no further!

A Project Manager is required to join a large utilities contractor working in their Developer Services team to lead schemes valued over £100k. This is on a framework contract for Thames Water that is due to run through the remainder of AMP6 and through to the end of AMP7.

As a Project Manager, your duties will be to:

• Manage the major projects within the Developer Services division
• Ensure that all schemes are run to productivity deadlines
• Deliver the schemes to the target margin

Ideally the Project Manager will be a cooperative leader with a background in the water sector overseeing large schemes whilst following processes set in place by the client. The ability to understand schemes from a commercial and contractual point of view is also preferable.
