Project Manager (Heavy Infrastructure / Tunnelling / Structures)

Salary:  to £80k + package (car / allowance, pension, Private Medical, Life Assurance)

Based:  Central and South London

An opportunity has developed for a Project Manager to join an award winning infrastructure contractor delivering a key portfolio of work on a major infrastructure project.  The contracts will be in the region of £15m and will involve complex civils schemes involving deep shaft construction, water engineering and shotcrete / SCL techniques.

The role will see you manage the NEC contract with key change management challenges associated with it.  You will be fully responsible for overseeing the project with the help from a team consisting of agents, engineers, quantity surveyor and site support. As the chosen Project Manager you will ensure the quality is delivered to the high expectations of not only the client, but also aligned with the value principles of the contractor.

The suitable Project Manager will ideally have the following experience:

- Excellent understanding of the NEC contract

- Ability to lead and motivate a team

- Experience in Tunnelling and shotcrete / SCL

- Ideally degree qualified

- Structured career history

- Strong client interfacing skills
