Project Manager (Groundworks & RC Frame) - London

Come and join a reputable Irish contractor that has had a tremendous year in tendering for new projects!

A respected Irish contractor that operates both as a subcontractor and a main contractor has identified the need to recruit an experienced Project Manager to their groundworks and RC frame division. This is due to a pipeline of projects due to kick off in the next couple of months.

As a Project Manager, your duties will be:

• Work closely with the Contracts Manager to ensure that all works are completed accurately and to deadline
• Oversee the Site Manager and Operations teams carrying out the work
• Attend meetings with the Contracts Manager when needed

The ideal Project Manager will have a structured career history (6 or more years), working for specialist groundworks and RC frame contractors. Experience on working on schemes over £10m in value would also be advantageous.
