Project Manager (Demolition & Structures) - London - C

This organisation is actively seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their Demolition and Structures division due to recent forecasts of upcoming projects. There will be the opportunity to manage some unique but luxurious schemes, whilst managing a thriving team out on site.

Already displaying signs of potential, this driven site team is looking for a Project Leader to assist them in reaching the next level. With the Central London market being so buoyant, this contractor is looking to make an impression locally in order to further build relationships with existing clients and lay the foundations to develop new prospects.

As a Project Manager within this organisation, you will be a respected individual that will regularly attend meetings with other Line Managers in order to discuss future growth plans and current performance. Within the next 3 years, with successful performance you could be looking at an Operations Manager position!

Required:

• Worked for a specialist construction subcontractor previously
• Can lead a team of up to 3 Site Managers

Desired:

• Demolition and structures experience
