Project Manager (Demolition & Civils) - London

One of the South East’s most accredited subcontractors has identified the need to recruit an experienced Project Manager within their Demolition, Civils & Construction division. This is to work oversee project in the London area up to £20m in value.

As a Project Manager, your duties will be to:

• Meet regularly with assigned projects’ client team to discuss progress
• Oversee a team of Engineers, Site Managers and Foremen on your assigned projects
• Report on a regular basis to your Contracts Manager

The ideal Project Manager will be a degree-qualified professional with 7+ years experience and a structured career history within the demolition/civils sector. Ideally this will be working on projects within the residential, commercial, rail or industrial environments.
