Project Manager (Demolition) - London

A leading demolition specialist is looking for an expert to manage a £20m project in the heart of the City!

After a quiet start to the year, work is now starting to pick up for this top 5 demolition contractor. They have secured a £20m job in which they require a Project Manager to oversee.

The Company:

• Turnover over £150m
• Traditionally work with blue-chip organisations
• As well as demolition, they also specialise in asbestos removal, enabling works and infrastructure

The Role:

• Operate as the focal point of a £20m demolition project
• Manage up to 3 Site Managers
• Oversee all site documentation

The Ideal Individual:

• 7+ years’ experience in managing demolition projects
• Valid SMSTS card
• Valid CSCS black card
