This Project Manager opportunity is working for a top demolition contractor, based in West London on a £4m hotel scheme. The right Project Manager will be career driven, a strong leader and someone who is looking to showcase their skills and accomplishments.

The role will initially be a 12 month contract to complete the job set to a high quality and to timescale; with the opportunity to work on another long term scheme after project completion.

As the Project Manager, you must show quality leadership skills as you will be tasked with managing up to 2 Site Management staff, therefore a key aspect of the role will be delivering industry quality risk assessments and method statements that you will report back to the Contracts Manager and Head of Demolition.

Required:

• Minimum 5 years’ Demolition experience
• Valid CSCS Card (Gold, Black or Platinum ONLY)
• Valid CCDO (Gold, Black or Platinum ONLY)
• Valid SMSTS ticket
