An up and coming specialist subcontractor has recently secured a challenging cut and carve project worth £500k that is starting in the second week of May. This scheme is running for 16 weeks and if successful, there is a further portfolio of work to oversee.

This is a package of work that is going up to basement level comprising of drainage, slabbing and structures.

The ideal Project Manager will have a proven background in these fields working for other specialist subcontractors along with the ability to lead a team on site.
