Project Manager (Civils) - Bedfordshire

The Company:

A widely-known building & civils contractor that operates in the UK & Ireland and is labelled as ‘one of the most progressive contractors in the industry’. Their project portfolio can range between £5-70m in value and operate within the infrastructure, construction and industrial sectors. They were one of the first companies to achieve ISO 9002 standard and continue to maintain as well as improve this level of quality. Current turnover levels are close to £150m and they are looking to reach over £200m in the next year.

The Role:

They have been awarded a large civils package on an energy-from-waste scheme in the Bedfordshire region and as a result they are looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager to ensure that the delivery is successful. This is a £14m civils scheme in which they are looking to build a fresh, new team out on site. There is a high level of importance to being on time and on budget with this project, so proven experience of this is essential.

The Ideal Project Manager:

• Infrastructure project experience valued £10m+
• Proven background of delivering projects on time and in budget
• Structured career history working for civils contractors
