Our client is one of the UK’s leading design and build contractors who have built an excellent reputation based on delivering a market leading service to a growing client base. Their portfolio of work is mainly focused around the delivery of commercial offices, residential, mixed use and leisure with schemes ranging in values up to £500m.

There is a need to recruit a Project Director to lead this £80 million residential development and take it from start through to completion. As Project Director you will be responsible for the management of all site activities providing leadership, direction and guidance and ensuring the smooth running of the project.

The ideal Project Director will have:

• Track record of delivering multi million pound residential projects (£30 million plus)
• A minimum of 8 years proven Senior Management experience
