MEP Planner - Greater Manchester

Would you like to get involved one of the largest University accommodation projects?
 
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced M&E Planner to assist on a major Student Accommodation project based in Manchester.
 
You will have the opportunity to work for a firm who are an integral member of the building services industry. They are constantly winning iconic projects across the UK to the MEP value of £50m. 
 
The firm have won a multitude of industry awards and recently celebrated 70 years in business. They have seen significant growth in that time with plenty of optimism for continued success and with current turnover approaching £200m. 
 
This is a 2 year project the organisation have a consistent workflow and have prospects in place upto 2022.
 
The planning role will require you to have M&E experience and will include design review, procurement scheduling, contract programme strategy, cost production, project meetings and supporting the prospect team. In accordance with company ethos the individual is the most important element and they will recruit the right person for the team, so while some experience as a MEP Planner is required, attitude and outlook will be more important. 
 
The successful Planner must have experience of NEC3 Option A Contracts
