The Company

A very busy contractor that works all over the world with a strong hold in Europe. With capabilities to operate in the Data Centre, Pharmaceutical and others, they are not short of work and are one of the major players in the game. With multiple contracts on the Data Centre side already underway as well as others coming to an end or not even having started yet, this contractor is only increasing in stature and due to this, the opportunity for a Mechanical Project Manager has arisen. 

The Role

As Mechanical Project Manager, you will initially be responsible for one of the projects that is coming to a close within the next 3 or 6 months. Your role will be to come in and  see the smooth running of the projects close out before moving on to another project on the Data Centre side of things. Having experience in closing out Data Centre projects as well as the Building Services side of things is essential for this role. The Project has gone well so far with the client being happy with the works and the Mechanical Project Manager chosen for this role, must be ready to hit the ground running in order to come into a busy environment where it is all systems go

Requirements:

• Experience with Data Centres previously is Essential
• Experience as a Mechanical Project Manager with an emphasis on Building Services
• Degree educated in a related discipline
• Willing to work away from home
