This well-known leading contractor require a highly experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join their expert delivery team on one of the most prestigious residential developments in East London. In the last two decades turnover has risen sevenfold in this successful firm, with momentum continued in 2017 and a promising order book.

Having recently been awarded their largest ever contract this is an exciting time to be joining the firm and you will be given the opportunity to be part of the successful delivery of this high profile scheme.

Responsibilities

Ensuring targets and standards are met by leading and managing an experienced team in a professional manner. Making sure the jobs are carried out meticulously and to drawing specifications to enable a smooth running of the project. Building close relationships with clients, colleagues and peers.

Essential criteria

With a multimillion M&E value the successful individual will be experienced in successfully delivering major projects. You will be mechanically qualified and will have a proven track record of delivering mechanical installations through to final handover. Past Experience managing major projects ensuring budgets and deadlines are not exceeded is a prerequisite.
