M&E Site Manager - London

I am currently looking for an M&E Site Manager who is looking to eventually step up into a Project Manager. The right Site Manager will be given the opportunity to work on multiple projects with values varying from £1 million to £5 million.

The Role:

The right M&E Site Manager will be working on a healthcare project in Woolwich and will also be carrying out multiple projects with values ranging from £1 million to £5 million so you will be expected to support the delivery of other projects in and around London.  You will also need pre construction experience on Design and Build type contracts and have good experience at construction and handover stage.

They are looking for the below experience/skills:

• A history of working on Healthcare Projects.
• Previously worked on multiple projects.
• Pre-construction experience on Design and Build contracts.
• Experienced on working on projects from inception to completion.
