Our client are a national Building Services contractor and currently require a highly experienced M&E Project Manager to successfully deliver a residential project in Birmingham.
Having won a multitude of industry awards boasting an order book of prestigious projects this is a highly reputable firm to be a part of.
Although this particular project is 18months, following project completion there will be the opportunity to get involved in other schemes in London.

Essential criteria:
Mechanical or Electrical Qualification such as HND/HNC or relevant NVQ
Successful delivery of projects covering the residential, hotel or student accommodation sectors
Proven experience liaising with consultants, architects and clients throughout projects
Ability to oversee and lead a team
Experience of working on schemes up to £8mil
