The consultant seeks a Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to join their building services division.  Amongst other interesting projects being delivered, the team are currently involved in one of the most prestigious and largest restoration and renewal contracts ever awarded in the UK.  This specific project will be an initial key scheme undertaken by the appointee on joining the company.
 
The role will see you support the project leads in delivering a high standard of service for a long standing client base as well as undertake ownership of delivering engineering cost consultancy duties, reporting into the divisional lead.
 
The suitable M&E Cost Manager will ideally have the following experience:
  • 4 years + relevant technical M&E experience
  • Established career history with either a consultancy or contractor
  • Excellent client interfacing skills
  • Ability to mentor junior members
  • MRICS or degree qualification (or working towards)
