Managing Quantity Surveyor (Infrastructure)

Salary:  £75k + package

Based:  North London (N18)

About the Company:

An exciting Managing Quantity Surveyor position is on offer with one of the leading infrastructure contractors in the UK.  They have been involved in some of the most important projects ever built in the UK and continue to secure some of the most sought-after schemes. 

About the Project:

A Managing Quantity Surveyor is required to take up a key role on a major regeneration contract.  Our client will be delivering all the civils for the scheme, with the initial phase being £100m+.  The works will comprise of heavy infrastructure, earthworks, remediation, utilities and bridges.

About the Role:

You will work closely with the Project Manager and Project Commercial Director in overseeing key sections of the contract.  Alongside that you will provide support and development to other quantity surveyors on the project, as well as take a lead with the client in certain areas of the project.

Ideal Background:

• Have a background in delivering £50m+ civils projects
• Strong leadership skills
• Experience in the initial start-up phase of a project
• Strong NEC experience
• Structured career history
• Good procurement experience
