They now have an opening For a Managing Quantity Surveyor to join them on a major multi-million pound highways project in Kent. They are delivering a Highways England contract which will see the transformation of one of the countries busiest motorways.

Description of the role:

The role of the Managing Quantity Surveyor will see you take responsibility for implementing the commercial activities on this project. Your main focus will be to ensure that the projects are completed within budget, enhancing value for money whilst still achieving the required standard and quality.

The ideal Managing Quantity Surveyor will be able to demonstrate the following:

• Minimum 9 years’ experience
• Proficient in using NEC contract
• Experience in a similar role
• Highways experience – desired
• Commercially astute
