A great opportunity is available for a Managing Quantity Surveyor to join a project where the above words have been the cornerstone of this successful alliance over the last five years. Forget aggressive contractual procedures as this is an alliance in its true meaning (organised for a joint purpose) which has engaged all stakeholders from the client to the end user of this utility service.

The Alliance has been so successful over  the last five years it has recently been renewed for another five hence a great opportunity has arisen for an  ambitious forward thinking Managing Quantity Surveyor to head up an existing team for the East London area.

The successful Managing Quantity Surveyor will be a commercially astute individual with the flexibility to work in a truly collaborative environment while observing contractual conditions and be able to manage both risk and opportunity. Excellent interpersonal skills while be required to manage all stakeholder interests especially motivating the team and driving them to further success.
