This juggernaut sized heavy civils contractor who are responsible for a section of London’s most prestigious heavy civils projects are currently working on time and within budget alongside their joint venture partner. With at least 4+ years of work still to go on this project, there is much more work to come.

They find themselves looking for a Managing Quantity Surveyor who would be supporting the Senior Commercial Manager in order to take on major packages of work up to £100 million mark. The atmosphere created around this amazing project is really exciting, someone who is passionate and confident would really fit in and find this work fulfilling!

With the aim to deliver the project on time and within budget sticking to specific timeframes, you would be working closely with the Senior Project Management team in order to reach these commercial targets. Following the completion of the project, you would find yourself put onto another heavy civils scheme.

Is this you:

• Degree qualified or chartered - or equivalent
• Experience with major civils contractors
• NEC Contract Experience
• Commercially Astute
