A new portfolio of work has been released under the Heathrow framework that consists of 4 varying civils contracts, all being delivered under the NEC contract. One of those projects will be a £80m+ project that requires commercial management, with the position reporting into the Senior Commercial Manager.

Key criteria’s for the role will be the following:

-Strong NEC experience

-Ability to manage and motivate a team

- Excellent client interfacing skills

- Commercially astute

- Looking for a role with progression, will suit someone with a dynamic outlook

- Within a comfortable commute of Heathrow
