Maintenance Surveyor - London - N

A Maintenance Surveyor is required for a London Local Authority as part of a team responsible for reactive maintenance on social housing. The initial contract is for three months however the contract is likely to be extended. This organisation is respected for their professional approach as a provider of social housing.

The duties include

• Diagnosing defects
• Writing work specifications
• Pre and post inspections of contractors works
• Monitoring contractors works ensuring that the best possible value

Essentials

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years’ current experience  in Maintenance for an RSL

To have worked as a Maintenancer or building surveyor

A driving license and transport is essential for this role.
