Legal Disrepair Surveyor - London - S

I have an exciting opportunity as a Legal Disrepair surveyor working within the social housing sector for a forward thinking progressive company that offer a range of benefits. 

Initially the duration of this assignment is 12 months, there is a strong possibility this will be extended, offering the chosen Legal Disrepair Surveyor a long term work opportunity. 

The duties include:

• Pre and Post inspections on reactive and planned works 
• Giving professional advice to tenants on upcoming works
• Managing works and ensuring works are carried out on time and within budget
• Handling tenant complaints and acting on them in the appropriate manner
• Writing reports that may be used in court

Essentials:

• Must have 5 years' experience working in the social housing sector
• To have worked as a Maintenance Surveyor or Building Surveyor
• A relevant building qualification minimum HNC or equivalent 
• A driving license and transport are essential for this role
• Must have experience of working with contractors 
• To have worked with the public and have had experience handling complaints
