Lead Quantity Surveyor (NEC & Civils)

Contract:  £500 per day Ltd

Based:  South London (CR0)

ABOUT THE COMPANY:

Seeking a Lead Quantity Surveyor:  An established, highly respected and forward-thinking civils and highways contractor.  They operate as both a Tier 1 and 2, working with key clients that include TFL and major infrastructure contractors.  Projects range in value up to £5m, with turnover in the region of £20m.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

You will work closely with the Directors and in effect take full pre and post commercial duties on.  The role is standalone, so requires the correct Quantity Surveyor who is prepared to take on the daily commercial duties, along with the complex issues that arise.

ABOUT YOU:

• Excellent NEC knowledge
• Quantity Surveying Degree or HND
• Structured career history is key
• Commercially astute, with strong client interfacing skills
• Highways would be beneficial
