One of the UK’s most respected telecoms and utilities contractors, who have an excellent name within the rail sector, requires a Lead Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

The role will suit an experienced Quantity Surveyor and you will take full commercial control over the project, valued in the region of £25m. The position will see you liaise and work closely with the client, and manage a team of 5 quantity surveyors of varying levels.

You will need:

NEC experience

To have worked on LUL / rail projects

An ability to manage and motivate staff (lead by example)

Ideally you will be degree qualified or chartered
