A specialist power contract that involves complex demolition, civils and remediation is about to commence.  The project is valued at just under £40m.

The role as Lead Quantity Surveyor will see you having full commercial control and responsibility of the project, reporting into the divisional Commercial Director.  There is an experienced project management and engineering team on site that will focus on the delivery.

The ideal experience required for this role is the following:

• Ability to work independently
• Strong NEC experience
• Experience in power or demolition projects would be advantageous 
• Structured career history with a proven track record in taking projects from inception through to completion
