Lead Quantity Surveyor

Salary:  to £110k + package

Based:  Lincolnshire (DN21)

A key civils contract involving heavy civils requires a Lead Quantity Surveyor.  The contract has around 3 years to run, and will deliver in the region of £30m worth of infrastructure to a major Client, delivered under NEC.

An established civils with an excellent name in the industry.

About the Role:

As Lead Quantity Surveyor, you will be tasked with taking full commercial control off the contract, overseeing a small commercial team.  The role is hands on, and will report into the Sector Commercial Director.

About You:

Have extensive NEC experience

Have a structured career history, managing similar sized schemes

Be able to spot commercial opportunity

Ideally Degree Qualified or Chartered

Be able to manage and mentor a Commercial Team
