This large framework during the AMP6 is one of the largest water infrastructure improvement programmes to date, and are looking for a few Intermediate Quantity Surveyors to join the sites in Borehamwood and Maple Cross to help manage the new builds and repairs of the water and sewage treatment works. The companies involved in the joint venture are well renowned and are constantly looking busy, so as a freelancer you will always have projects to move onto once completed. The current scheme of work has 2 years remaining during the AMP6, working on building and repairing the new water and sewage treatment works, with opportunity to move onto more projects during AMP7 for the one of the largest joint ventures in the UK to date.

Required:

• Structured career history
• NEC experience
• General Civils Experience
